A: Follow-up appointments are usually scheduled 1-3 months after the initial consultation, depending on your condition and treatment plan. The frequency of follow-ups will be determined based on your progress and needs.

Q: Do you offer telehealth consultations?

A: Yes, we offer telehealth consultations for certain types of follow-up appointments or for families who may have difficulty attending in person. Please contact our reception to find out if a telehealth appointment is suitable for your needs.

A: If you require urgent medical attention outside of our operating hours, please visit your nearest hospital emergency department or contact your GP.

A: You can book an appointment by calling our clinic at (TBA) during our office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Alternatively, you can fill out the contact form on our website, and a team member will get back to you to schedule your visit.

Q: What should I bring to my appointment?

A: Please bring a valid referral letter from your GP, your Medicare card, any previous medical reports, school reports, or relevant documents, and your preferred payment method (EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa).

Q: What can I expect during the first consultation?

A: The first consultation typically includes a detailed medical history, a thorough physical examination, and a discussion about any concerns you have. Depending on your needs, further assessments may be conducted or recommended.

Q: How long is the average appointment?

A: Appointment lengths vary based on the complexity of the issue. Initial consultations usually last between 30 to 60 minutes, while follow-up appointments may take 15 to 30 minutes.

Q: What is the process if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

A: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. You can call us directly at (TBA) to make changes to your appointment.
